This policy applies to our public website and our cloud communications platform. Where we process message content on behalf of our business customers, we act as a data processor and process that data according to our customers' instructions and our Data Processing Agreement.

- Usage data: API request metadata, delivery logs, IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited, used to operate and secure the service.
- Message data: message content and recipient identifiers processed on behalf of our customers to deliver communications.

3. How We Use Information
- Provide, operate, and improve the MessageCrafts platform and website.
- Route and deliver messages, calls, and verification codes as instructed by our customers.
- Detect and prevent fraud, spam, and abuse of the platform.

4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with: carriers and channel partners (such as WhatsApp and RCS providers) as required to deliver messages; service providers under contract who process data on our behalf; and authorities when required by applicable law.

We retain account data for as long as your account is active and as required for legal and accounting purposes. Message content is retained for the shortest period required to deliver the message and provide delivery visibility, after which it is deleted or anonymized in accordance with customer configuration.

Where data is transferred across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses, and route traffic through regional infrastructure where available.
